Alongside formal study, Sir Michelangelo Refalo Sixth Form offers students a variety of opportunities for further learning and personal growth. Students are obliged to choose one programme annually from the following four (4) categories:
Category A1: Complementary Curricular Activities (CCA) - a variety of activities held four time annually.
Category A2: 21st Century Soft skills - a broad set of abilities and skills important for success in today's world. These include Ethics, Interviewing Skills, CV Writing, Entrepreneurship, Public Speeaking and Well-Being.
Category C: Student Enrichment Programmes - including NSTF Mini European Assembly; The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award; Junior Achievement Young Enterprise; Model European Assembly; and Operation Wallacea; Eko Skola; eTwinning; and Erasmus+
Category D: ASDAN short courses - these encourage participants to further develop their talents while leading to internationally recognised certification.
